BACCHUS™ 3.1 is a comprehensive Wine Cellar Management Software System suitable for
Macintosh and PC and is compatible with most recent system versions. It is specifically

Philip Williamson and David Moore. Now in its fourth year of publication, there
are over 6,000 wine producers of which, over 2,400 are studied in-depth with ratings
on over 12,000 wines, a glossary of grape varieties and wine terms, maps, vintage
charts and UK stockists with full contact details.
Using the powerful FileMaker Pro 8 ® database, it is only a mouse click away to creating
your wine cellar management system with easy drop down menus to facilitate professional
tasting notes and assessments on each wine cellared as well as keeping track of the
wines that have passed through your hands (and your lips!). BACCHUS™ 3.1 allows
you to cellar up to 100 different wines (in as many vintages as you wish) which should
be more than enough for the average amateur and is available at £29.95 in a downloadable
version via the internet, or £34.95 on CDROM.
For professionals, (wine merchants, restaurateurs, wine writers etc.), the BACCHUS
PRO 1.0 version is available giving you the facility to enter an UNLIMITED number
of wines, either for stocking purposes, or simply to create an easily accessible
database to house an archive of tasting notes, assessments and reviews for future
publication. BACCHUS PRO 1.0 sells at £99.95 downloadable (£104.95 on CDROM) or can
be upgraded from BACCHUS™ 3.0 at a cost of £75. (download only).

you buy. When you receive the demo, we suggest that you print out the "help" pages
