Bacchus & Comus was formed by Neville and Sonia Blech in 2002 to promote the art
of good living - eating, drinking, travel and music are the cornerstones of our philosophy.
A website for “the gastronomically washed” was established and the Bacchus & Comus
website was merged in 2010 with the Wine Behind The Label site, originally set up
by Neville and Sonia with the authors of Wine Behind The Label, Philip Williamson
and David Moore in 2005. In 2007, an umbrella company was formed with other participants
to exploit Wine Behind The Label and other publications, but the wheel has now travelled
full circle and the site continues to remain in the sole control of Neville and Sonia.
